About The Sunrise Team
We never left Maui.
Theresa and Mark Short. A husband-and-wife team at ENRG Realty, working out of Wailuku, serving the whole island.
The two of us
Theresa Short
REALTOR®(B) RB-23716. Theresa leads our client relationships and communication. She moved to Maui in 2012 and holds a PgMP in program management, which shows up in the way she runs a transaction to the calendar.
Mark Short
REALTOR®(S) RS-83570. Mark came into real estate in 2020, after a long career in residential lending on Maui, including years as a branch manager. He has taught continuing education to Maui Realtors for years.
How we work
We walk the property. We know the street. We tell you plainly what the numbers say before you write the offer. A buyer specialist and a listing coordinator support every file.
This is the life we picked
We raised five kids here and we have grandkids here. We fly paragliders over the island, kayak to beaches with no people, hike the ridges above the neighborhoods, and take our grandkids to national parks by train or car. No parents allowed. That is not a sales line. It is why we know this island the way we do.
Let’s talk about your situation.
Tell us what you are trying to do and we will tell you what it takes on Maui. One conversation, no pressure.
